This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our online store and is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

1. Returns Within 14 Days

We accept the return of eligible goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the goods are received by the purchaser, subject to the conditions set out below.

To be eligible for return, goods must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging;
• Be in a condition suitable for resale;
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing at within the aforementioned fourteen (14) day period. Instructions regarding the return process will be provided upon contact.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that fails to meet the above conditions. Where a return is not accepted, the goods will be returned to the purchaser at their expense, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

Please note that:

• The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs;
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Accordingly, we recommend all customers carefully review product descriptions and specifications prior to placing an order.

3. Non-Conforming or Defective Goods

In accordance with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the goods supplied to you:

• Are defective;
• Are not of acceptable quality;
• Do not match the description provided;
• Are otherwise not fit for purpose.

To initiate a return in respect of defective or non-conforming goods, please contact us at hello@sprezzaturaworld.com and provide the following:

• Proof of purchase;
• A detailed description of the alleged defect;
• Photographic evidence, where applicable.

Once the claim has been assessed and approved, a replacement, repair, or refund (including reasonable return postage costs) will be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.
