Sprezzatura is an ode to life. It's the celebration of life’s colourful woes, a reminder that life hangs in a constant balance of yes and no, the ups and downs, the give and take, the good and the bad. A wise man once said:

"Life is always going to be stressful."

Maybe it was just me being in a delicate period of my life, but I never thought that such a simple sentence could send me into an emotional spiral. Somehow, it gave me comfort, it gave me reassurance. But most importantly it made me realize that the reality of life is that the bad will always coexist with the good. That life is sometimes chaotic and sometimes bliss, that it's sometimes quiet and sometimes loud, that sometimes it's grey while some other times it's colourful.

Sprezzatura is about celebrating living in between the "sometimes". Sprezzatura is about not getting stuck with one or the other. Sprezzatura is about rising above the flow of the ever changing "sometimes."

Life is changing.

Everyday.

What's constant is living.

Sprezztura is for those who are trying, for those who are living, for those who are getting by… Do life. Just do life. But do it with sprezzatura. Or die trying.
